An Indian family with a toddler was among the victims of a pepper-spray attack during a boat ride on San Antonio’s River Walk. The boat operator asked the woman to lower her phone volume; afterwards, she stepped off the boat and suddenly sprayed pepper spray at the passengers. At least eight people were affected. She fled before the police arrived. Viral videos claim she later said on TikTok that she was “not sorry.” The family has reportedly filed a complaint.
A nearby gift shop employee who witnessed the aftermath said it was the worst incident she had seen in four years working along the River Walk.”How are you going to pepper-spray a baby?”
