Former Pentagon official Michael Rubin slams U.S. President Donald Trump’s negative actions on India. He further criticises the same Whitehouse giving Islamist Pakistan a welcome, where Pakistani General Munir recently made nuclear threats to India and the rest of the world, when this is the same Pakistan where Bin Laden hid safely, should be classified as a terrorist state. He further calls Trump out as a hypocrite for imposing such high tariffs on India, despite the U.S. & E.U. engaging in trade with Russia themselves. He overall blames Trump for ruining India-U.S. ties.
Kurt Campbell, Founder of the Asia Group and 22nd Deputy Secretary of State at the U.S. Department of State says President Trump has severely damaged U.S.-India relations; and shutting allies and partners off, and speaking poorly about them publicly will not benefit the U.S. in its global positioning.
