3 year old Hindu Girl, brutally raped, killed and thrown in a pile of garbage

AGRA: A badly mutilated body of three-year-old girl, with an arm missing and multiple injuries, including some on her private parts, was found from a garbage pile on Sunday in Aligarh’s Tappal area. According to police, the girl had gone missing a couple of days ago and her parents had filed an abduction complaint on May 31. On Sunday morning, Tinkle’s body was discovered by a garbage collector, who alerted locals.

The girl’s father Banwari Lal Sharma works as a labourer while her mother is a homemaker. As the news spread in the area, local residents blocked traffic on Tappal-Palwal road by placing the girl’s body on the road and demanded immediate action against the accused. Police immediately reached the spot and pacified the crowd. The girl’s family members alleged if police had acted on time, their daughter’s life would have been saved. SHO of Tappal police station KP Singh has been sent to police station over his inability to check the crime.

Talking to TOI, Tinkle’s grandfather Kanhiya Sharma said that the child was playing outside her home before she suddenly disappeared. “We all started searching for her and after we failed to locate her, we lodged police complaint,” said Sharma.He alleged that his neighbour Mohammad Jahed had threatened him with dire consequences a few days back after he asked him to repay Rs 10K, which the latter had borrowed for his father’s treatment

Tinkle’s mother Shilpa, alleged that “black magic” had been used to kill her daughter. She gave her statement to police and the and a National Women Commission member from UP, Meena Devi. Aligarh MP Satish Gautam also visited family members.The post mortem report of the deceased was inconclusive as the body was badly disintegrated, said SP (rural) Manilal Patidar. He said the girl’s vaginal swab will be tested to determine the exact cause of death. Patidar said all possible angles were being investigated in the case. He told TOI that a case had been registered against Jahed under section 363 (kidnapping) on May 31. Section 302 (murder) was added to it on Sunday after the girl’s body was found.
