A 25-year-old man, Tarun Kumar, was allegedly killed after a dispute between two families escalated in Delhi’s Uttam Nagar during Holi celebrations.
The incident reportedly began when a water balloon thrown by an 11-year-old girl accidentally hit a Muslim woman.
According to the victim’s family, the woman later called her relatives, following which a violent altercation broke out between the two sides. Tarun Kumar was fatally attacked during the clash.
Delhi Police have arrested four people in connection with the case and also apprehended a minor. Further investigation is underway.
Allegedly, some Hindus turned up ‘peacefully’ to display Gandhism.
