After Tulsi Gabbard announced her resignation from her position as the US Director of National Intelligence DNI, citing her husband Abraham’s recent bone cancer diagnosis, which gained sympathy and good wishes for his recovery across the political spectrum, suddenly Congressman Shri Thanedar, known for his wigs and plucked eyebrows, who is often confused with Tattoo from Fantasy Island, has come under attack across X for insulting Tulsi Gabbard after her announcement with his X-tweet,
“Tulsi Gabbard is resigning. Good riddance. The Iran war has been the biggest display of intelligence incompetence in decades.” Congressman Shri Thaneda
Regardless of political differences, if someone is resigning over her husband’s illness, you at least show some respect and sympathy to show a human unity beyond American divisive politics and even more, being from a Hindu background like Tulsi and her husband, Abraham, who are also Hindus, to show a positive Dharmic example, especially after even he’s raised the attacks on Hindus and Hindu temples in the past.
Also, allegedly, back in 2010, his pharmaceutical and chemical testing companies (Azopharma and AniClin Preclinical Services) went into receivership and shut down with 118 beagles and 55 macaque monkeys allegedly left stranded at a facility to starve to death in Oxford, New Jersey but were saved in time by caretakers and former employees who initially jumped the facility’s fences to provide limited food and water to the animals to prevent starvation. Eventually, animal rights groups stepped in to fully rescue and relocate the remaining dogs and monkeys. This alleged behaviour of his also goes against Hinduism.
