J Sai Deepak gave an amazing speech at the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Ashram, headquartered in Prasanthi Nilayam, Puttaparthi, about India- Bharata- which is still stuck in this post-colonial mindset, and it has to reconstruct its political identity rooted in its ancient Hindu framework of thought.
He details the present-day government failings, but then he gives amazing solutions from Vedic thought that are relevant even in the modern age, which will not only take India forward but also the rest of the world. He also emphasised the oneness with nature that Hinduism has always inspired but is lacking in present-day India, thinking it’s being modern in a Western materialistic framework. He calls for the Arjun mindset of taking action for Dharma, knowing Krishna is fully behind him.
