Yesterday, London celebrated its first-ever Kukur Tihar, the sacred Day of the Dogs.
Grateful beyond words for the kind and beautiful souls I’m surrounded by. Our stories, beliefs, paths, and backgrounds may differ, yet our hearts beat with the same unconditional love — the heart of the dog.
From beautiful puja rituals and flower garlands to red tikas and joyful portraits, every moment honoured the love, loyalty, and light that dogs bring into our lives.
It was my very first time experiencing a blessing like this — truly one of the most beautiful sights to witness, with so much love and gratitude in the air.
Organised by the amazing duo Don Pepe and @little_chow_doxie, and hosted by the pretty Albert Pub @albertprimrose , Primrose Hill, the day brought people and beloved pups together while supporting the street dogs of Nepal – with all proceeds going to Nepal’s KAT Centre charity.
