Residents in Jammu and Kashmir’s Tuksan village near Reasi apprehended two heavily armed Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants alive Sunday morning and handed them over to the police, according to reports received by Times Now. Talib Hussain was the mastermind behind all terror activities in the Rajouri-Poonch district for the past two-three years, the police informed. BJP Minority Morcha president Sheikh Bashir claimed that Talib Hussain had resigned two months ago. “He was working with the BJP for a long time but had resigned himself two months ago,” said Bashir in a statement.
